The CMI User Group is our primary focus towards developing a strong relationship with our customers. Through our User Group, we get to know our clients on a personal level and enable them to get to know one another. The annual User Group meeting allows us to stay in touch with our users, to provide continual training, and to address how ongoing developments in the technology industry are being used to improve our software. The User Group itself provides a common voice for all our users, and a comprehensive collection of practical knowledge that we encourage our users to share and tap into throughout the year.
CMI 2009 User Group Conference at Deer Creek Resort
MARK YOUR CALENDAR - The 2009 User Group meeting will be held at Deer Creek Resort and
Conference Center on October 18, 19 and 20, 2009. We have sessions planned for users of each CMI application.

Monday morning's keynote speaker will be Stephen Douglas, PhD. His humorous presentation on managing stress is
titled CACTUS ROLLING: COPING WITH LIFE'S THORNIEST PROBLEMS.

Reservations for the conference must be made no later than September 28th. Room reservations are required by

In addition to the business portion of the conference, CMI has planned a Golf Outing on Sunday. Registration

CMI will host a Tired Traveler's Reception & Dinner on Sunday evening beginning at 5:30. After dinner a Texas
Hold'em Poker Tournament and Euchre Tournament are planned.
