Glen is the Team Lead for our Tax/Utility area. He is primarily involved with overseeing the training, installation, and support of our Tax and Utility Billing software as well as conducting training classes and installations. Prior to joining CMI in September 1997, Glen worked in the retail industry where he installed and supported the hardware and software for retail Point of Sale systems. He has a B.S. degree in accounting/finance from Wright State University.

Peggy has been with CMI for 16 years and holds a B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma and an M.A. in education from Ball State University. Most of Peggy's work experience has been in post-secondary education teaching classes as diverse as economics, word processing and English. In 16 years at CMI, she has taught, installed and supported applications such as finance, payroll, budget prep and fixed assets. She is married and lives with husband Tom and two cats.

Nancy is primarily involved with the support of CMI's sales team, application testing & releases, special projects as well as training & support of Finance applications. She has considerable experience in accounting in various commercial fields and computer operations. Nancy earned her B.B.A. degree in accounting from Eastern Kentucky University and her M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. Nancy joined CMI in April 1985.

Bryan has been at CMI for 3 1/2 years. In 2003 he graduated from Miami Jacobs College with an Associates Degree in Network Engineering. His certification includes A+, Net+ and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
