Managed Services allows clients to utilize CMI's extensive technical staff to handle the City or County Information Services needs. Many entities are at a point to create an internal IT Department or outsource this service. The Managed Services Contracts allows entities to take advantage of a large technical staff without having to deal with personnel or benefits that come along with an internal IT Department. Entities also use these services to supplement existing IT staff. These service contracts can be customized to each entities needs.
