- Authority NET Forms Creator lets you build a unique request form for each request type,
so you always get the specific information you need to take action. No need to call back for more
information. Forms can include check boxes, drop-down lists and other typical Web data entry formats.
You can specify your own forms.
- Authority NET Alert Manager immediately routes the requests to the designated
individuals in your organization for follow-up (and reminds them or their supervisors, if not resolved
within a pre-specified time). Alert Manager also allows authorized staff to define the department
(internal view) and category (public view) for each form. You can specify your own departments and
categories.
- Authority NET Request Manager tracks all actions taken with time stamped record of who
entered update. Staff updates whenever status changes or action taken to resolve request. Requests can be
reassigned (which generates email to new person).

- Authority NET Documents Manager allows authorized staff to quickly and easily upload

events. Events can be put into user-defined categories (which will display in different colors) to make
it easy to identify a particular event type. Users can choose to view only a single event category or all
categories.
